This one-hour course will give a new understanding to the kitchen workstation - a culinary system, where one can prepare, cook, serve, entertain and clean all in one central and convenient place. The kitchen is even more functional and ergonomic with a cooktop next to the workstation. This new linear cooking concept is much more efficient than the traditional kitchen work triangle layout.
This presentation will encourage the audience to think of a whole new, exciting way to layout the kitchen with a workstation as the central focal point of all function. This consideration will present the idea that all other items in the kitchen should be positioned around the workstation being the core of all activity taking place in the kitchen.

Ben has over 14 years of professional experience across multiple industries which include Kitchen & Bath, Telecommunications and Wine & Beverage. He is currently a part of The Galley Team, focused on growing their North American distribution of their Ideal Workstation solutions for residential kitchens. Ben has been with Galley for 4 years in their offices in The Galley World Headquarters located in Bixby, OK, but spends much of his time in the Mid and Western US performing CEU trainings and introducing as many people as possible to the idea of what a kitchen workstation can do to improve everything about the functional layout of a kitchen.
